Figs topped with Goatcheese

This is a very light dish when you serve it with a slice of toast. It can be served as a dessert for people who love some cheese in their sweet dish.

Fresh figs are easy to get during this time of year, especially when you have a fig tree in your own garden.
Creamy cheese is wrapped in dessicated coconut and that makes the cheese go as a sweet treat.

recipe:
2 ripe figs
60 g creamy fresh goatcheese
30 g dessicated coconut
25 g red grape jelly

Just wash the figs and cut 2 1cm thick slices out of them, eat the rest.
Take a teaspoon full of goatcheese and roll it into a ball in your hand.
Roll it in the dessicated coconut
Warm the grape jelly in the microwave and piut a blob onto each fig slice, put the cheese on top and fix it with a toothpick.
