Frittata with Chard and Onions

Every last Sunday of the month a Flea Market is on the parking lot of my nearest supermarket.
Several trucks with food have now joined the sellers of clothes, hardware and other stuff.

I wanted to buy some Polish sausages. Later I came home with a huge bag of fruits, veggies and other kinds of food.
Even a small plastic jar of Lokmar. A Turkish fried dough ball drenched in sugar syrup.

One of the veggies I bought was a gead of chard. Not the colourful one, but the green and white one.
This went into an easy dish that was ready in 20 minutes. The rest of it went into a tupperware container and my coworker at the office loved it. She even asked for the recipe.

Recipe for 2:
1 large head of chard
2 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbso olive oil
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, chili
4 eggs
Parsley

Heat up a big pot of water and add 2 tsp salt. Chop the chard into 2 cm strips, use only the lighter green part in the middle and all of the stems. Just chop off the bottom. Wash, draun and cook for 10 minutes in the pot. Drain.
During this time, cut the onions in strips and chop the garlic. Saute in olive oil until tender and season. Add the chard, season again and cook for 2 minutes.
Beat the eggs and season them. Pour over the veggies and distribute evenly in the pan. Get the hest down to low, close the lid and cook for 4-5 min. Look if the bottom is cooked. Use a plate and turn it over. Cook the other side for 4 min too. Finish with parsley
