If you are not in the mood to cook, but hungry, make a smoothie bowl and let that comfort you.

100 ml milk
3 tsp ground almonds
1 banana
125 g strawberries
1 tbsp apple jelly
150 g curd
as topping:
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
Leave 3 strawberries aside and put the rest in a blender and make a nice thick Smoothie.
