Turkish Mexican Fusion Tortillas

Olé! That should not work - but it goes beautifully together.
I was in our huge Turkish supermarket a few weeks ago and bought the famous Sucuk sausage there. You can get it as regular or spicy kind or garlic sausage. Halal btw.
I was looking for a dish to prepare them, I checked one of my new cookbooks and found a lot of Taco and Tortilla recipes fusion style. That inspired me to this fusion plate.

Recipe:
2 corn tortillas
2 sucuk sausages
30 g Emmenthaler cheese
80 g refried beans
1 red bell pepper
3 spring onions
2 tbsp Ayvar
3 cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
2 tbsp creme fraiche
1 green chili

Take the skin off the sausage, cut it lengthwise and throw it into a griddle pan together with pieces of spring onions. Once done, get the corn tortillas in and give them some char lines.  Heat  up the refried beans and chop the veggies.
Make a guacamole, open a jar of Ayvar and set everything together on a warm corn tortilla.
