Vinegar with herbs as a gift

I was looking for a little birthday gift for a coworker. She likes salads and mostly meatfree food.

I made lots of different kinds of vinegar mixes in the last years, some of them based with wine, others with cider or even with beer. They look good as presents and are usefull, so when they are empty they take no more room. Just throw the bottle out into the recycle container.

Having a lot of herbs still fresh outside on the balcony, I decided to make a white wine based vinegar with herbs and spices. I gave the herbs just a little douse of boiling water to make sure they do not spoil. Drying them on kitchen towl is the next step. Make sure the bottle is clean.

recipe for a 225 ml bottle:
50 ml white vinegar essence- highly concentrated
200 ml white wine
3 sprigs of pimpinelle
1 sprig tarragon
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig sage
2 juiniper berries
1 small clove of garlic
10 mustard seeds
10 pink pepper berries
