High Protein Cheese Fritters

Served with Wet Wet Sauce (recipe on the blog).



It is only made with 4 ingredients and a good amount of seasoning. Best to serve with a mixed salad. 



The 99 foodtrends with Nicole posted this recipe on Insta. Having all ingredients on hand made it simple to cook this. Well, cooking is too much. Just preheat the oven 200 C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.



Mix the ingredients and season them well. Take a big spoon and a smaller one and put the batter on the baking paper, spacing them out a bit.



Bake for 20 minutes and dip in Wet Wet Sauce or any other dipping sauce you like.

Ingredients for 8 fritters:

200 g grated cheese (I used Gouda and Emmenthal)

200 g cottage cheese

1 egg

30 g rolled oats

BBQ seasoning, pepper
