Sounds weird, but tastes fine.
It is based on a French breakfast cake, but for me it took less time and the scramble was easier to prepare.
Just mash two very ripe bananas and beat two eggs. Combine them and add 4 heaped.tablespoons of oats and a pinch of salt.
Put olive oil in a pan and pour the mix in. When the bottom turns brown, rip it apart and turn the pieces.
Not too sweet, not too eggy and just the right consistency for a scramble.
