King Prawns baked in Paper

I found this recipe in a food magazine issue I bought at the airport  in Iceland on my way back home.

It is funny to use recipes which you need a lot of time to read, because not knowing the language is a challenge. But a week strolling through Supermarkets in Reykjavik gave me basic knowledge of the products. Without the help of Google translater, I made this dish!
I put the paper packages into the oven, the recipes are in their original version for a BBQ.

recipe for one package:
4 large raw king prawns
1/2 red chili
1 spring onion
2 tbsp fresh coriander
a bit lemon zest
a bit lemon juice
1 tbsp walnut oil
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven 180 C
Deseed the chili and cut it into fine rings.
Cut the spring onion into 3 cm pieces.
Rip the coriander into smaller parts
Peel the prawns and take the black line out, keep the shells to make a stock for an other dish.

Take a baking paper, silicone free if you can get that, and fold it double.
Place the onion on the paper first, add the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chili rings and the coriander.

Zest the lemon and add some juice.
Finally the walnut oil.

Close the paper firmly and turn the ends.
Bake it for 10 minutes.
