Pizza Ring

This is a kind of Calzone Pizza, a dough covered pizza but shaped into a ring and with a different kind of dough - ready made!

It looks good and it tastes good and you can serve it easily at small gatherings, cutting it into 6 pieces. Prepare the ingredients in advance and just assemble it short before you have to serve it. The whole time effort then will be 5 min and the 25 min baking time.

recipe:
2 Kraft/Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls packages
1 small jar bio tomato basil sauce
1 small can mixed sweet corn, peas and peppers
2 small bell peppers
1 spring onion
3 tbsp black olive slices
1 large mushroom
35 g shredded dry Mozzarella cheese
50 g Paprika Salami
1 tbsp milk

Open the dinner rolls and cut each into 4 pieces. Use a non stick baking paper.
First lay a cross with an open place in the middle, then place the other 4 pieces just like a star over the others.

Spoon some tomato sauce around the middle, cover with cheese.
Get all the veggies around and top that with Salami.
Cover with cheese again.

First close the upper dough parts and tuck them under in the middle. Then close the others.
Brush with some milk.

Bake for 25 min at 180 C
Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then cut into 6 pieces.
