A dish that comes normally with veal and mushrooms, this time without the meat.
Ready made puff pastry bouchée á la reine cases are available in every supermarket in France. Here in Germany they were a thing og the 70s until 80s, then they disappeared from the shelves.
Make a roux with lots of cream and cook mushrooms with a shallot in a pan until done. Then add the roux and season to taste. Cool it down.
Fill it in the cases and put it in the air fryer to heat the puff pastry through. That takes only 10 min.
But you can heat the puff pastry in the oven too and fill them with the mushroom sauce when they come out of the oven.
