Chocolate Banana Peanut Bark

Some are marketing it as being healthy. But I don't think so.

But it is fun to get rid of some ripe bananas. I did not use peanut butter, but fine ground peanut (100%) without any additives. For some crunch I took 2 tbsp salted roasted peanuts and crushed them with a pestal and mortar.

Dark Ritter Sport Chocolate with 1/3 tsp coconut oil melted, some solid chocolate to temper as well. Topped with a bit of Fleur de Sel and some pink metallic powder.

It went in the freezer to get solid.

After I took it out, I discovered that it is not so easy to cut it in bars. It breaks and splitters, but tastes great.

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1/2 jar 100 % peanut spread
2 tbsp crushed roasted salted peanuts
120 g dark chocolate
Fleur de Sel
Metallic food coloring
