Seafood Lasagne

I bought a package of fresh lasagne sheets as a back up incase I was not getting any Gyoza wrappers. Now I had the package and was thinking what to do with it.
Well surprise: Lasagne

A meat and tomato sauce based one was too much work for a single dinner and seafood as an alternative with just a Bechamel sauce sounded easier.
Some veggies to make it tastier and more colourful came next.

I cooked a small pot full of creamy sauce and put that aside.
Next came a pan with all the veggies and a good gluck of wine.
In that pan, the chunks of cod got the first bit of heat.

Recipe:
3 lasagne sheets
225 g cod
5 cooked and shelled prawns
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 small courgette
1 small fennel
1 spring onion
1 tbsp butter
175 ml white wine
2 tbsp creme cheese with herbs

Bechamel:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
200 ml milk
100 ml white wine
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Parmesan

Heat up the oven to 170 C fan.
Cook the bechamel and season it well with nutmeg.
Chop the veggies in small pieces and saute them in a bit of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add wine and creme cheese.
