Ajowan and Caraway Coleslaw

Ajowan, caraway and cumin are all from the same family. But they all taste differently. What is similar about them, they all help digestion.

Many vegetables taste a lot better when you add some of these.

Very common here in Germany is coleslaw with lots of caraway seeds. You will find this often in Bavaria.

I bought a Jaroma cabbage and used some of it in other dishes. A couple of leaves are enough to make a tasty salad.

Recipe:
6 cabbage leaves
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp ajowan
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
5 sprigs thyme
50 ml creme fraiche liquid
2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
1 tsp coconut flower syrup

Take out the lower hard middle of the stem and shred the cabbage fine.
Put it into a colander and heat up water and pour it slowly over the shreds.

Make the dressing and enjoy.
