Air Fryer Baguette Butter and Banana

Getting rid of leftovers for a breakfast dish.

A black banana and a piece of baguette from New Year greeted me on the 2nd of January when I entered to kitchen.

A while ago I saw something on Google about rolls with butter and bananas and that popped up in my head. Melted butter soaking through ripped rolls and then drenched in milk with beaten eggs, slices of banana tossed in.

The mix then went in an oven proof dish and was baked. I had no measurenents, but freestyled it.

And since it was a smaller portion, I used my air fryer. I have additional baking dishes bought for it. I only buttered the dish a little.

The mix went in at 180 C for 17 min. The crust pieces of the baguette that stood out a little got crispy and tasted amazing.

Ingredients:

1/2 baguette or 1,5 rolls

1 ripe banana

45 g butter and some for the baking dish

100 ml whole milk

2 eggs

Pinch salt

1 tsp agave syrup

Pinch cinnamon
