Soba noodles with Tsuyu and sesame sauce

A starchy meal that does not take a long time to prepare and is a bit exotic on the other hand was my choice today.

Buckwheat noodles are great, they have a special texture and taste. You can get them as cold noodles in Korean cuisine as well. This dish was nearly cold too. I was too hungry to wash out the noodles in cold water thoroghly after cooking.  I just dumped them into a colander and rinsed them with some water.

I cooked 120 g of Soba in salted water for 5 minutes.

Tsuyu us an intense brewed kind of soy sauce. It is used to dip noodles in or tempura.  I mixed a tbsp of roasted sesame seeds in.
