Tomato Bread

On a hot spring day is a bit of cold food a good advice.

I bought some fresh sourdough bread and buttered them.
Bread and butter for me is a great snack. I often do no need more then that.


Sliced large tomatoes and fresh spring onions on top of the bread.
Salt and pepper.
Some good balsamic vinegar dribbled on top and if you have, use a bit of olive oil out of a spray bottle.

I love these breads.
