Reblochon and Potatoes

The smelly and very creamy cheese is great in combination with potatoes
 The famous Tartiflette is the most known dish when you google Reblochon recipes.


I made a very basic version this time. Just boiled slices of potatoes and an onion and put that into a oven proof dish. A bit cream and white wine, pepper a bit of salt and a good grounding of nutmeg and many slices of cheese.


Bake it at 180C fan for 25 min.
Eat it with some lettuce.
