Chorizo and Egg Breakfast

Late Sunday Mornings are the best time for a hearty breakfast or brunch. 



Some chorizo and some bell peppers are a good combination with eggs. I was looking for a savoury egg dish that can be eaten with some toast.



After that breakfast you are full for many hours. No need to cook lunch that day.

Ingredients:

80 g chorizo, 3 eggs, 2 spring onions, 1 bell pepper, 1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp milk, salt, pepper, smoked paprika



Chop the chorizo, the veggies and heat up the butter in a pan. Fry everything until the veggies are soft and the sausage looses some oil.

Mix eggs and milk and season it. Pour over the mix and let it set
