I was invited to go out to a birthday lunch with my friends. There is a restaurant I haven't been to they wanted to show me.
LOTUS, Sushi &More in Gross-Umstadt. They feature Sushi, Japanese and Vietnamese Kitchen.
The menu is not very large. They offer Udon, small and wide rice noodles and rice.
With every basic dish you can choose between duck, chicken, beef or sometimes prawns or tofu.
The dish my friends husband and I choose were both Thai style. Elke had a Vietnamese bowl and the 3 of us had choosen duck.
The duck breast was good quality and it was very soft and tasty.
I went with duck in peanut sauce and crunchy vegetables. For dessert I had Mochi ice cream and Vietnamese coffee.
