Who does not love them. I found a recipe on the German website Chefkoch.de and used it for my pancakes. They get very thick and need a lot of syrup later.

a pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
50 g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
