Start of my BBQ Season with Potato Salad

Finally the spring has arrived an noon temperatures are around 18 C. The time has come to unpack my electric Grill and start the BBQ season 2018.

The sausages from Thuringa are very long and famous for their taste. They are already boiled and just need time on the grill to brown and split up all around.

The potato salad is a quick one
 Just 2 spring onions and 2 gherkins and the dressing:
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Mayo
3 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Agave syrup
Salt and pepper
Some dried salad herbs
