Pizza with Leftovers

I had a ball of homemade pizza dough in the freezer. I looked around my fridge and found some cooked ham, green asparagus and grated Cheddar cheese.



Bringing it all together was easy.



I defrosted the dough and streched it on a piece of baking paper. I did not want to open a can of tomatoes for some sauce.  I mixed some Hungarian hot paprika paste with some ketchup and added dried Italian herbs

Two large slices of cooked ham on top and pre steamed asparagus. Now 2 hands full of grated cheddar and fresh black pepper. A splash of olive oil and toss it in the oven.



Bake at 230 C for 12 min.
