Leftovers in the fridge and the question what to do with them.
A bit of this and a bit of that. New Years Eve Soba Noodles, cured pork from the day before and a couple of veggies.
It does not really go together on a plate. But putting it in a mini chopper and getting it between 2 ricepaper sheets in a pan is a great idea.
I have homemade Teriyaki sauce to dip them.
The idea came from Instagram. The ingredients were absolutely different, only the method was the same.
Put oil in a pan and brush it around. Set a dry ricepaper on top and press it down. Spoon filling on top, careful not to overfill it. The second ricepaper needs a short toss in water and is pressed on top.
Flip the pancake over and it only takes 2 min to finish it. Serve with dipping sauce.
