I rarely do Cocktails here on my blog. But I needed more ideas what to do with figs.
The Negroni came up.
After I came back from the Nuerburgring, I had to harvest a lot of figs. Some of them went in a small jar with Noilly Prat rouge. The bottle was on the back of a bottle shelf with alcoholicas.
Finally a way to open it and use it. The figs are soaking in Vermouth since then.
The 2 other parts of the drink are Gin and Campari. I used my South African Gin with lots of local botanicals.
Measurements are 2 cl each. Ice or water and some soaked fig and a fresh one on the rim.
