This is a Korean breakfast idea, or Banchan.
The YT channel Aaron&Claire made it last week.
The biggest problem are the quail eggs here. In Korea you will get cooked and peeled quail eggs in large 2 litre plastic bags. Just drop them in the pan and start cooking. I had to buy the raw ones and cook them all. That is not the problem. Peeling them is! I am sure Koreans have a machine for that. It took me 15 min to peel 24 eggs.
Special green peppers used in the original recipe are unknown here. I used Spanish padron peppers.
Sauce:
1 cup water, 1 tsp chicken stock, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar
6 padron peppers, 1 red chili, 2 spring onions
1 tsp Gochugaru hot pepper flakes, 1 tsp nutricional yeast
1 tsp sesame seeds
