Pasta Snack with Chives Dip

There is a Rave about snacking on pasta all over the channels. Party Food for the new hip people. I had to give it a try.



This way,  I could get rid of a lot of homemade lemon parsley pesto. I had to prepare that for the lemon risotto a while ago. It was still good and a shame to throw out. The idea is pretty simple. Cook pasta, mix it with pesto and add a bunch of Parmesan and let it sit a short while to marinate.



Throw it on a baking sheet and try to keep mist of thd pasta apart from each other. Bake it at 170 C for 30 min. It should be crunchy now and not burned.



The dip is easy. Mix Greek yogurt with chives, Italian herb salt and pepper.

The pasta snack is crunchy and a dip is needed. But I am not a true fan :-(
