Puff Pastry filled savoury

The SortedFood crew made sweet filled puff pastry and they looked so tasty.
I had a package of fresh puff pastry in the fridge that needed to be baked. But I was not looking forward to a sweet filling, so I changed to savoury.
The concept is still great and they tasted so good.

Very intense smelling cheese is in the middle of the windmill and to sausages or a package of ham are in the woven ones on the left.
I had a round piece of puff pastry, so getting four squares out of it, you are getting dough that is left over. Do not throuw it out, just baste it with some eggwash and get some sesame seeds on and bake it with the other pieces. It still tastes good and goes great with a some beer.
