Cottage Cheese Chips - high Protein, low Carb

TIK TOK and Insta are full of them.



Cottage Cheese is the allrounder for high protein, low carb experiments. Some of them are good, others are questionable.



Chips or Crisps like the Brits say are Snack food. The more healthy stuff offered in the stores is often not that healthy. 



I try to get some more protein in my daily routine. That's why I had to give it a try.



The cottage cheese is a bit watery, put it in a strainer and let the liquid drain. I mixed it then with a bit very fine Kashmiri chili and used a spoon to put blobs on baking paper.

Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning on top.

Preheat the oven 180 C fan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

It will spread out, let it cool down a bit. Then peel it off the baking paper.
