It was my first full day driving on a French racetrack in the Department Bas Rhin. The track is called Anneau du Rhin, near Biltzheim.
We were told to go and order food 2 hours in advance to give the kitchen time to prepare it. The menu said Fast Food and my expectations were low.
They offered 4 kinds of Pizzaizza, 2 kinds of Flammkuche, Paninis, Salad and Fries.
I choose Pizza Reine, the Queen Pizza with Ham, Cheese and Mushrooms. A very decent pie with fresh mushrooms, good gooey cheese and tasty ham.
It was a decent pizza.
