Apple and Parmesan Tartes

A quick idea I found in my new cooking magazine issue. The combination
of sweet apple and strong cheese sounded good.

Not many ingredients to prepare. Just heat the oven and start the prep work.

This is in small portions great as finger food or served as a starter with some cider or a light white wine.

Recipe:
1 sheet puff pastry
1,5 apples
1 tbsp agave syrup
Thyme
30 g pine nuts
60 g parmesan
Egg wash

Preheat the oven 180 C.
Unpack the puff pastry and cut it into quarters.
Take off a bit of the dough and form a rim.
Wash the apples and quarter them, take out the core.
Cut each into 3 to 4 segments and place them on the pastry, which you have put some holes in with a fork.
Take a peeler and put parmesan slices between the apples. Sprinkle thyme and pine nuts on top and some syrup. Brush with egg wash.

Bake for 20 min.
