Recipe for 12 nems:
3 baby romaine lettuce
125 g Louisiana crab meat
4 surimi sticks
Green of 1 stalk spring onion
Green apple
avocado
12 stalks chives
Salt pepper
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp cream cheese
