Lemon and Butter Pasta

When you feel under the weather and you need something light, this is a good dish.



It is great when you have cold pasta in the fridge. I looked for other partly used ingredients and found half of a yellow bell pepper and 3/4 of a lemon and some sour cream in the bottom of a container. Parsley is mostly available in my household, either from the Turkish supermarket the flat leaf version, or the other kind from my balcony. 

Chop everything and get a pan started with the butter and the zest of the lemon. Add the bell pepper and gice that 5 min, add the cold pasta. Give that another 5min. Now squeeze lemon juice on top and season with lemon salt and pepper.



Finish with 2 tsp of sour cream qnd parsley. Done and ready to enjoy.
