So easy to prepare and so tasty!
I wanted a quick evening snack and bought a loaf of Chiabatta in the morning. From the Italian week at the supermarket Parma ham and Burrata were still in the fridge.
Home grown cherry tomatoes are waiting to be eaten too.
To give the bread even more flavour and a bit of a crispy texture, I put the cut up bread in a pan with olive oil, a garlic clove and dried Italian herbs. After 5 min it was toasted nicely and ready to be topped with lots of great stuff.
Ingredients:
A piece of Chiabatta, olive oil, garlic, herbs
Parma ham
125 g Burrata
Cherry tomatoes
Basil, pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar
