I am on the road again. This time to a Hyundai Driving Experience in Bad Hersfeld.
Since the event started at 8:15 AM on Saturday, driving there early in the morning was not an option. Especially with heavy fog predicted on the way. So I went up on Friday and used the time to check out a bit of the old city of Bad Hersfeld.
Foggy on the way up and lots of traffic showed me that my decision to drive a day early was the right one. Lots of construction work in the city and parking was at a premium.
It was cold and I wanted to warm up. A bakery with an café attached was my stop. The right place and lots of people sitting inside. The different cakes and pastries did not made it easy for me.
But a honeycake with a chocolate cream layer and milk chocolate cover looked good to me. Served with a cappuccino was great.
