I am in Bad Hersfeld for 1 night to take part in a Hyundai Experience Dealership event to drive the electric Hyundai Ionic 5 N in the morning.
Since it starts early, I drove here today and stay in a hotel across the street from the car dealership.
Attached to the hotel is a Croatian restaurant. The recommondations were high and I hoped for the best after the last 2 bad ones in Bad Driburg.
The restaurant opened at 5:30 PM and was more or less full at 6 PM with locals.
I had a mixed plate with 4 Chevapi and 1 pork skewer and a side bowl of homemade Ayvar. The plate was served with Djuvec rice and fries.
The Ayvar was a little spicy and very fruity and I loved it. The Cevapi and the skewer were very good.
Nothing to complain about fries or rice.
