Air Fryer baked Cheese filled High Protein Wraps

This is an other version of the Puff Pastry filled with Feta and Honey. A less fatty one. Is it more healthy? I would say yes! Is it as tasty as the puff pastry? The answer is yes again.



There is no flaky dough. The pockets are breadlike and the sesame on top gives them a nuttiness.



I used a bit different seasoning for the feta. My friend was in Rome and brought me a wooden spoon with the Colosseum stenzled in and a bag of Bruschetta seasoning flakes. They are very heavy on garlic. On bread they are a bit too dominant, but on feta very good.



Ingredients:

2 high protein wraps

1 beaten egg

100 g feta in 2 pieces

Olive oil, Oregano, Bruschetta seasoning, black pepper, honey

Sesame seeds



Brush the seam of the wrap with egg. Pat the feta dry and brush olive oil on top. Put the seasoning on and drizzle with honey.

Wrap it like a package and close it with egg again. Brush egg all over and get sesame seeds on top.

Put in the air fryer for 10 min at 180 C.
