Cucumber Slinky with Korean Dressing

This is called Chinese Criss Cross Cut Cucumber.

But Slinky is a good name for it too. Just a fun way to eat some spicy cucumber salad. No times for boring salads. I choose a Korean style dressing.

Just take two wooden cooking spoons and place the cucumber in between. First step: cut the cucumber diagonal, but not too thin.

Second step: turn it on the other side and cut straight between the other cuts. Now you have a slinky and carefully pull it apart. Now you can bend it into a circle.

Dressing:

1 tsp neutral oil

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

2 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp agave syrup

Onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder

Add as much Gochugaru hot pepper flakes and toasted sesame seeds as you like.

I added some chopped fresh herbs from my balcony for more freshness.
