Feta with Honey wrapped in Puff Pastry

The last third of my puff pastry sheet from the upside down pineapple pizza was sitting in my fridge on top of a feta package.



These two go great together. Since I needed a hot oven anyway for my lunch later, the wrapped cheese went in first.



An appetizer!



It is not only honey on top of the feta. I used a couple of spices first and put the honey on them last. That makes the cheese bite a lot more interesting. 



Ingredients:

Leftover piece of puff pastry

80 g Feta as a thin slice

Piment d'Espelette, Oregano, Pepper

2 tsp runny honey

Creme fraiche to seal the edges and spread on top ( use egg yolk, if you have it on hand)

Nigella seeds

Bake at 200 C fan for 15 to 20 min.
