Scrambled Eggs with leftover veggies

Sunday mornings are great to cook some scrambled eggs for breakfast.



When you open the fridge, the leftover potatoes and a chunk of yellow zucchini are staring at you. 



I took them out and decided to add them to the pan as well. But these on their own are a bit boring, 2 onions and some garlic were added too.



All that together was a decent breakfast tp greet the rainy Sunday morning.



Ingredients:

3 cooked and cold potatoes

60 g zucchini

2 small onions white and red

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp olive oil

3 eggs

Smoked salt, pepper, smoked paprika
