An all in one pot dish. No, not what you think. Not like one pot pasta.
I choose to cook the dish including the potatoes in the Thermomix. Veg stock for the sauce in the pot. The potato chunks in the basket hanging in the pot. The pollock seasoned on top in the steamer.
After 21 minutes the fish and the potatoes were done. I took both out of the Thermomix. Now was time for the mustard sauce.
Just throw a couple of things into the leftover stock in the pot. In 2,5 min the sauce is ready. Add some dill and pour the sauce over everything.
Ingredients for 1:
350 g potatoes, 500 ml veg stock, 275 g pollock, fish seasoning
2 tbsp whole grain mustard, 1 tsp medium hot mustard, 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 lemon, salt and pepper, 35 g potato starch, 3 tbsp creme fraiche. Dill.
To prepare the sauce, use the hot stock and add the ingredients.
