I watched a couple of YT videos were egg sandwich creations pan fried showed. All in one pan is a quick method for a lunch break.
Pouring beaten egg in a pan and placing bread on top sounded good. The flipping of egg and bread needs some more tries to get perfect, but was alright.
What to put inside the this sandwich is up to the ingredients you like and have available.
Leafy greens were not in stock today. I decided to go with American cheddar cheese slices and two thin slices of Bologna sausage.
To melt the cheese the bread slices went on top of each other. Then browned in some more butter in the pan.
I served it with a piece of Daikon and a bit if ketchup.
Ingredients:
2 large eggs (mine had 2 yolks each)
2 tbsp cream, salt and pepper, butter
2 slices American cheddar cheese
2 slices Bologna sausage
ketchup
Not a bad idea for a quick lunch.
