I have booked two nights at the little hotel Take-off. It is a part of the regional Thuringa airport of Gera-Leumnitz.
I am here the second time to take part at a sportsdriver's tour through parts of Thuringa with high horsepowered sportscars.
For my dinner I went for a starter:
Würzfleisch from Chicken. It reminded me again of the French kitchen classic Ragou Fin.
I made something like this with pork a while ago. There is a blog to read from 07.01.2023. For a starter it was a big portion.
I finished with a dessert. A bowl of fruits with some granola and love.
