Chili Egg in a Bowl

This breakfast combo is the new trend in Berlin in lots of cafes.



It was the reason why I made Garlic Chili Crisp Oil yesterday. 



After I assembled everything and took the first bite, I remembered the old Turkish breakfast Cilbir from Osmani times.



I stead of butter and paprika powder, just use Chili Garlic Oil and voila, you have a winner. The cafes sell it for €8 to €10 per serving. That is a great profit.



And so easy to prepare and really a good breakfast option - if you like a bit of heat.



Important to use high fat Greek yogurt and soft boiled eggs. The yogurt is the base and before eating you just stir oil and eggs in.



Serve it with 2 eggs per person and 4 tbsp of yogurt. 1 tsp of Chili Garlic Oil is enough. A bit of greenery for a statement and some toasted bread or baguette.
