A very good friend who lives at the Bodensee in the South of Germany send me some high quality chocolates.
He volontiers at the Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen sometimes. There is a museum shop and a chocolatier.
I am not a fan of standart chocolates you can buy at any supermarket. I mostly use it to melt for desserts.
The theme for these chocolates is the history of the big Zeppelines that Dornier built and the very interesting looking flying boats.
The Zeppelines are filled with a ganache, two in milk chocolates and one in dark chocolate.
The chocolate bars have cococa nips and dried fruit inside. Crunchy and very tasty.
