Zucchini/Courgette Spread

An easy Summer spread. Take to a party and people will love veggies. Dip with chips/crisps.



Pour over hot pasta. A very versatile way to eat veggies. Even kids love it. It keeps in the fridge for a couple of days.



Ingredients:

1 small zucchini

2 green onions

1 avocado

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp dried chives

150 g cream cheese

Salt and pepper



Chuck all ingredients in a standmixer and make a fine cream.



Eat on bread with feta or use as a dip with taco chips.
