This is a pizza that would be called Flammkuche in Alsace.
I made this kinds of flatbreads before and they are always very tasty and do not take long.
The base spread is just creme fraiche that is seasoned with salt, pepper and some majoram.
The traditional topping is just bacon and onions, but I prefare a little veggie on my topping too. It looks a lot prettier with some red dots.
Since the dough is very thin. It gets crispy in 8 to 10 minutes at 230 C.
A pizza or a flatbread is not something most people would say no to.
