Some Fleur de Sel is added on top.
I was watching a Reel and picked up a piece of paper not miss a thing. Then I checked my cooking chocolate stash.
Banana was ripe, enough dark chocolate on hand and the jar of peanutbutter was still half full.
Next problem was to find a deep and wide enough ice mould. Most of mine are more cone shaped. No way to get a slice of banana in. But I remembered the one from my Kakegory ice shaver. Wide enough to fit a slice of banana in.
To give the chocolate a bit more shine, I added a little bit of coconut oil to it and melted everything in the microwave.
Very easy to assemble the blocks, scatter some salt on top and they went in the fridge to get solid.
Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 banana
Peanutbutter
Fleur de Sel
