Pizza with a weird Topping

What is a weird topping? It lays in the eye of the beholder.

For Italians pineapple on pizza is an absolut desaster. But do they think about bananas? I know that in Sweden bananas on pizza are a common topping. I love curry bananas stewed in butter on rice with a fried egg.

I decided to put some pieces of curried banana together with some salami on my pizza.

For balance some onion and bell pepper. With the fresh and greated Mozzarella together a combination I can really recommend.

Topping:

4 tbsp tomato passata, oregano, salt and pepper

1/2 ball fresh Mozzarella

Small salami slices

1/3 banana sliced and dusted with curry powder

1/2 red onion, fine strips

1/3 red bell pepper cubed

4 tbsp grated Mozzarella

Pepper

Olive oil spray (just a little)
