Emmymade on YT showed this recipe and since I haven't used my crock pot for a while I gave it a try.
I had a single package of Ranch seasoning powder stored and no idea what to do with it. Now it is gone.
Preparation time is 5 minutes. Just put everything in the pot, put the lid on and set it on low. 4 hours later just cook the spaghetti and add cheeses and some spring onion greens.
After 4 hours just get the chicken breasts and the peperonis out and shred the chicken and cut the peppers.
Melt the cream cheese in the sauce, get the stuff back in and mix in the spaghetti with some pasta water.
Add the grated mozzarella and finish with pepper and onion greens.
Enjoy. The leftovers are great for freezing.
1 kg chicken breast
1/2 jar of peperoni
150 ml brine
1 package pork roast jus
1 package Ranch seasoning
120 g butter
200 g cream cheese
50 g grated Mozzarella
Spring onion greens
Ground pepper
450 g spaghetti
