Porsche Experience Center Lunch

After driving a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS with 481 hp for one hours over a technic course full throttle, it was time to cool down the adrenaline and have some lunch in the Porsche center.



I opted for the regional lunch menu.




The bread and butter was allready at the table. A tiny Porsche butter, so cute. 



Starter was burrata with tomatoes, olives, onions and pesto. Tangy marinated tomatoes, a fruity pesto worked so well with the creamy cheese.



Entree was a veal loin with mushrooms, red pepper paste, leek and gnocchi. Very tasty veal. I just don't like the very fine cut pieces of leek. They stuck to my teeth.



The dessert was Summertime on a plate.



A double espresso ended the lunch.
